Foreshortening Photo ❤

Foreshortening is basically when it looks like something is getting close to you. I thought it would be good idea if I took a picture of my cat Honey. This photo was kind of difficult to take for me because a lot of my pictures were blurry, but I thought this picture looked pretty nice.

I love my cat Honey. She is so cute and silly. It was such a surprise when I actually got her. On August 15th 2014, It was early in the morning around 5 A.M. My mom and dad found a little kitten crying at the doorstep. Then my parents took her in and fed her and put her in our tan cage. I found out about her when it was noon. I was heading to my grandpas for lunch and all of a sudden I heard a cat crying. For a second I thought the cat was in the car! (trust me, that has happened to me before.) Then I turn around to the cage and then I see her. Of course I call dad and he tells me everything. After lunch I rushed back home so I could play with her. In those hours, I instantly fell in love with her. I wanted to keep her so bad. Since we didn't know who Honey belonged to, dad called a lot of our neighbors to see if they were one of theirs. None of them did, so I decided to take her.

Shes now been with us for 1 year, 3 months and 4 days. She is such a sweet, cute, and naughty little girl, but I love her so much.

Silhouette Photo ❤

Something about sunsets are so breathtaking. I love how the sunset can have hues of tangerine, pink, lavender, and navy blue. They are just so peaceful. Seeing it makes me so happy. They also are wonderful if you are making silhouette photos. One day on my way home, I saw beautiful this sunset was today, and it left a perfect silhouette of the trees to my house. Home has always been my favorite place. There is plenty of nature, so many memories were made, and this was the place where I came to be who I am today.

Hands Photo ❤

I've always wanted to be a cheerleader ever since I was a little girl. That dream came true when I was a sophomore in high school. I cheered in basketball. I had so much fun with basketball cheer, that I wanted to try out again and get into football cheerleading. That dream came true this year.

Last Friday was my last time cheering for football for this school year. I cheered for twelve football games. I loved it so much! My last game I cheered for was the state championship at the dome. I never knew in my lifetime that I would ever be able to cheer there. Football cheerleading was such an amazing experience. Cheerleading will forever and always be a hobby that I love.

To do this photo, I asked the other football cheerleaders if they could use their hands to make a heart. It was pretty easy to do. I really appreciate their help with this photo.

Drawing in Pen ❤

We all know about pens. We use them to sign checks, mark corrections on papers and whatnot. The ink tool is pretty known. The not so nice part about it is that you can't erase with it. My teacher put me to the test to make a drawing in pen.

I think you can tell that I'm a huge fan of Disney. I seriously can't help it. I love the movies, the morals, and a lot of the characters. I was in the mood to make a realistic Ariel, so why not?

I first found a pic of a realistic Ariel which I liked. After that, I printed it off and grid it so I could make a grid drawing. Grid drawings are just nice to do, and very handy. When I finished drawing her, I used a variety of pens to color and shade her.

For the tail, I used green with blue as shading. The hair and eyebrows are just a red pen with purple to add the layers and shading. Her shell shirt is just a plain purple. Red and orange were used to make her coral lips. I also used orange and black to add shading to the skin.

Overall I really like how it turned out. The only thing I don't like is how I put too much orange in the arms and green in the tail. You can think of it as Ariel getting a tan when shes out of the water, but her arms are the only things that are getting tan since her hair is covering a lot of her face. I guess I got too excited on using the pen and couldn't stop, haha!
